Shipping
The shipping charge is ₹99 per order. Confirm delivery coverage, dispatch and delivery dates with the vendor before payment; these timelines are not yet published. Confirm the full amount including any applicable taxes or additional charges before paying.
Returns
Return requests are accepted within 2 days of delivery. Contact the vendor within this period with your order/payment reference and the product details. The vendor will provide return instructions and quote any applicable return shipping charges before you arrange the return. Do not ship a return without confirming the instructions.
Cancellations & refunds
Contact the vendor promptly if you need to cancel or report a payment/order problem. Cancellation eligibility and the refund method/timeline must be confirmed with the vendor before payment; no fixed refund timeframe has been supplied. This page does not promise a refund for every cancellation request.
Payments
The authorised hosted payment page is Razorpay.me ↗, which displays the beneficiary Divya Agency. Confirm the vendor, products and payable amount before making a payment. The website does not automatically submit your bag, verify payment, create an order, or provide an order confirmation. Share the payment reference with the vendor privately for confirmation. Never share an OTP, card PIN or password.
Product details
Unphotographed products use labelled design illustrations. Confirm actual appearance, materials, dimensions, stock and price with the vendor before ordering. Model photographs show styling inspiration and do not establish that every illustrated piece is available.
Your information
Your shortlist and favourites are saved in this browser. WhatsApp and the external Razorpay payment page process the information you choose to share under their own privacy policies. Do not send card details to the vendor or through this website.
